Hi everyone! Today I'm sharing the process for creating this is a 5x7 inch card inspired by the coming spring season. It's not important what the exact products used are, just make it your own from supplies in your stash.

Materials Needed:

  • paper for background; use patterned paper or stamp your own background

  • cardstock for the sentiment; I like metallic for the shine

  • focal image; I used a bunny

  • embellishments; sequins, other die-cuts

Steps:

  1. Cut paper to size; I prefer to make 5x7 inch cards, but this design would work just as well on A2 or square cards.

  2. Foil stamp elements; heat embossing would be a great substitute.

  3. Die-cut elements needed; 1 sentiment from mirror card, 2 or more sentiments from plain cardstock for layering, smaller decorative elements, focal image, frame. I die-cut the bunny from felt and cardstock for layering.

  4. Assemble elements; layer die-cuts, embellish focal image.

  5. Adhere background paper to card base. Add elements to card front and embellish.
