MFT blog challenges 121 and 446

Hi everyone. I’m back this time with two submissions for MFT’s blog challenges.

I will be submitting these cards to MFT’s Color Challenge 121 and Sketch Challenge 446.

I created an ink blended background for card one, using three of the four colors of the challenge. I add the fourth color using a die cut sentiment.

I thought the background was so beautiful, I created another which I die cut and mounted on an embossed background. A hot foil stamped sentiment and balloons bring in the fourth color and highlights the elephant which is the focal point. Cupped paillettes add some glitz to both versions.

Supplies used:

• White cardstock

• Inks for blending

• Sentiment die

• Hot foil stamp

• Gold foil

• Foam tape and glue

• Gems
